HALE Testbed Use

SkySentry has led a major HALE development effort for the Army Space Battle Lab for over five years. Part of this effort is operating an aerostat-based HALE Testbed, located most of the year near Cleveland, Ohio.

The Aerostat is used for field testing of communications and surveillance payloads, advanced HALE technologies such as advanced photovoltaic arrays, antennas and Concepts of Operation (CONOPS).  Government customers, in particular, can contract through SkySentry to use the Aerostat at the Cleveland location, or we can bring it to your location. Industry customers will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Aerostat Support

If you need longer term aerostat support, or perhaps you want your own systems, we suggest that you'll save a lot of money and disappointment over the long term by benefiting from SkySentry's aerostat experience.  SkySentry offers on-site aerostat support at your location or will help setup your own aerostat operation.
