A decorated officer, Charlie retired from the USAF in 2003 after 29 years of leading and managing military organizations engaged in challenging operations and staff activities worldwide. He founded SkySentry, LLC in 2003 and has assembled a staff with over a century of collective experience to investigate, develop and operate high altitude airships for military and civilian applications.
Charlie speaks at professional forums on military concepts of operations which include talks on airships, ballistic and cruise missile defense. | Dave is the Principal Engineer at SkySentry, LLC. Dave retired from the USAF in 1993, earned the highest peacetime civilian decoration, the Distinguished Service Medal and until 2003 held the position of Director of Analysis and Chief Technical Officer for United States Space Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command. He has over forty years experience in civil, commercial, and military research, development, program management, operational analysis, and advanced technology.

| Doug is the Vice President of SkySentry, LLC. He has over 28 years leading and managing military organizations engaged in challenging operations and staff activities worldwide. He is the principal analyst and supervisor of operations and his duties include development of Near Space vehicle test capabilities and with subsystem and payload integration and testing.
A decorated military officer, Doug has been a professor at the US Air Force Academy, graduated in the top third of his class at the Naval War College and has been a Commander at five of his Air Force assignments. | D.J. is the Military Analyst at SkySentry, LLC. He has over twenty years of military experience leading and working with Air Force, joint, and international entities on missile operations, space operations, air operations, space program management, and fast-track program development in the Air Force Space Battle Lab.
He has extensive experience in space operations and programs, as well as recent hands-on management of high altitude long endurance programs (HALE). D.J. spent his early career as a missile operator, which sets a stringent and demanding performance standard. D.J. received recognition twice as Officer of the Quarter and once as Company Grade Officer of the Year. He gained experience as a commander of crews in the AF Space Command Command Center. He has developed in-depth experience with the planning, programming and budgeting system as a supervisor of program element monitors, and served in various aspects of space operations and management. Most pertinent to the Army Space Battle Lab, he also worked with Army officers in a theater combined air and space operations center, and participated in development of two HALE programs Talon Topper and the Near Space Maneuvering Vehicle.

| Al is the Lead Programmer at SkySentry, LLC. He has over 25 years of software development experience. In addition to being both a US Air Force Academy and Harvard graduate, he was an Olmstead Fellow at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, France. Al is fluent in French and German and can read Russian.
His work has taken him from the US Air Force to Powercon 2000, Logicon and Northrop Grumman. He is also a professor at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.

| Chuck is the Senior Scientist at SkySentry, LLC. He has almost 40 years of experience solving highly technical engineering design challenges on a wide variety of vehicles which include main battle tanks, fighter aircraft, aerostats, blimps and airships. He is widely regarded as a leading international expert on lighter-than-air (LTA) vehicle and subsystem design. He is extensively involved in the conception and construct of the Missile Defense Agency's High Altitude Airship Advanced Concept and Technology Demonstration.
Chuck's professional career is characterized by steady progression in engineering experience, expertise and public acknowledgement of outstanding accomplishment. From a start as an assistant professor of mechanical engineering, Chuck continued to grow in technical sophistication and responsibility through work on guidance, power and payload systems on a wide variety of land and air vehicles, eventually performing in the most senior engineering and scientific position for the Lockheed Martin Akron division. He was recognized by corporate Lockheed Martin as a Technical Fellow, which is the culmination of engineering and science within this leading defense contractor.
